Safety comes first. We monitor forecasts and offer reschedule options or credits when severe weather is confirmed. Light rain typically isn't a problem for tented or covered units.
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Tables and chairs are wiped down and inspected before delivery.
Grass is preferred. We can also set up on asphalt, concrete, or pavers using sandbags instead of stakes — just let us know your surface when you book.
