Company picnics, employee appreciation days, family days, and grand openings all share one thing: the equipment needs to look professional, run on time, and keep both kids and adults engaged. Absolute Fun Party Rentals helps Rhode Island employers throw events that get talked about long after the last hot dog.
Corporate events scale differently than birthday parties. A 75-person company picnic and a 500-person employee family day run on completely different infrastructure. The throughline is logistics: setup needs to be invisible, the equipment needs to handle continuous use without breaking the schedule, and pickup needs to happen quickly.
For mid-size company picnics (75-150 attendees), the standard package is a 20×40 or 20×60 frame tent over the food and seating area, 8-12 round tables with chairs, an obstacle course or two combo inflatables for the kids, and a row of interactive carnival games (giant Jenga, corn hole, ladder ball) that adults play, too. Add concession machines (popcorn, sno-cones, cotton candy) and you've covered both crowds.
For larger family days (200-500+), think in zones: a kids' inflatable zone, an adults' game zone, a food and beverage zone under a large tent, and a stage area with audio for announcements. Mobile bar trailers or inflatable bars give the food and beverage area a focal point that doubles as a photo backdrop. Air dancers can mark the entrance — useful for events at large parks or company campuses where wayfinding matters.
Booking corporate events 6-8 weeks ahead is recommended, longer for Q4 holiday party season. We provide a certificate of insurance and can coordinate with venue managers, security teams, and event planners on access, anchoring, and pickup windows.
Most corporate clients pair the equipment with a few extras: branded signage, audio for the welcome speech, and a registration tent at the entrance. The result feels intentional without looking over-produced.
